HSP impregnates both reticulated foams and non woven polyesters to impart improved properties for a wide range of filtration applications.
These include materials impregnated with activated carbon for fume absorption, improved flame retardant properties (UL94 V0, FMVSS302, Class 1, Class 0), rigid (self supporting) media and PVC impregnated for chemical resistance.
These materials have applications in HVAC, general filtration, ponds and aquariums, face masks, NBC suits, cooker hoods, and compressed air filtration. Composites can also be supplied to offer a combination of properties (eg particulate filtration and fume absorption)
They can be supplied as full rolls, sheets or converted to your particular requirements.

PVC Impregnates
We manufacture wholly open cell Reticulated Polyester based polyurethane foams which have been post treated with PVC
Rigid Media
We impregnate reticulated foams to produce rigid, self supporting filtration media
